This Week @ For Keeps Sake

Mmmmm - you're gonna love this week @ For Keeps Sake.

It's our semi-annual "when the cat's away" SALE.

The store owners are off to CHA Summer in Chicago.

CHA = Craft & Hobby Association

where "the girls" make their largest purchases of new products

just for you.

Aleeta's in charge and she wants to "shake it up" with a

buy 1 get 1 at 50% off sale

on some of your favorite products

The sale begins July 14 and ends July 20.

Here's how it works:

Buy one item at full price,

get the 2nd item at 1/2 off

in over 25 select lines in the store!

(and they're good ones!)

Just a few of the lines we can mention here are

Heidi (Grace & Swapp!)

Technique Tuesday

Daisy D

Cosmo Cricket

just to name a few.

Come in and look for the balloons and signs steering you to the

sale product lines.

Here's the fine print:

  1. Buy 1 and get one 1/2 off within the same manufacturer/brand line and product category.  Example:  Purchase 1 Scenic Route paper , get the 2nd piece of equal or lesser value at 50% off
  2. or purchase 1 Cloud Nine embellishment, get the 2nd embellishment of equal or lesser value at 1/2 off.
  3. Product must be presented all at once at the register.  When you grab one, grab another right away, knowing you'll save 50%.
  4. Sale is not combinable with other discounts.  No keytag punches.  Sale applies to in-stock items only.

Don't miss the fun and savings!

Nancy W offers a class each month called Technique Recipes.  Just back from Ranger University, the class will be changed slightly to include a technique learned at Ranger U.  You will practice on a tag, receive complete instructions on how to accomplish the technique (both tag and instructions will fit in your book) and, as an added bonus,  you'll create a layout or greeting cards using the technique!  This new format will begin in August.

In just a couple of weeks, we're going on a shopping spree!  It's time for CHA Summer.  CHA = Craft & Hobby Association.  This is the BIG show where vendors from all over the world come together under one roof and show us all their new scrapbooking and altered arts materials.  We can't wait.  But first - we want to hear from you.  We know you've seen previews both on-line and in magazines of some of the new goodies coming to the paper arts industry.

So whadya want?  Let us know what you can't live without and we'll try to shop for it and get it in for you.  "I've gotta have that new line of paper from . . . ."  or " I sure wish you would carry . . . "   It's your time to be heard.  We'll listen and if enough people want the same thing, we'll try our best to shop!  It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it!

Any particular stamp line you're crazy about?  Ephemera or charms?  Papers and embellishments?  Let us know by responding to this e-mail.  We'll compile all answers before we begin our CHA Summer shopping spree!  And thanks in advance for participating.  We really do appreciate hearing from you.  PS:  Don't be afraid to respond.  No one will see your answers except the store owners and managers.  We have a block on any responses going out to the 3000+ members of this group.
